Account Representative

A successful Easy Auto Ship Account Representative is a creative, goal-oriented individual. Our Account Representatives act as a liason to customers, assisting them in the shipment of their vehicle from start to finish. This position offers a base pay plus commission bonuses based on performance.


  • At least one year of sales experience is preferred but not required

  • Receive and make calls to/from potential clients

Dispatch Representative

We are looking for a reliable Dispatch Representative to act as a communication point for customers and carriers to help transport their orders. You will receive requests, transmit messages, and track orders.

The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations. You must be able to multi-task, as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision. The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.


  • Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position (minimum of one year preferred)
  • Tech Savvy with knowledge of relevant methods
  • Create and maintain a Carrier Network
  • Keep a live log of when orders are picked up and delivered
  • Mediate communications between customers & carriers
  • Attention To Details
  • Must know how to multitask and be organized
  • Receiving calls from customers & carriers
  • Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
  • Monitor routes and carrier availabilities to coordinate customer’s transport orders
  • Enter data into computer systems and maintain logs and records of carrier, driver’s info, pick up dates delivery dates etc

  • Receive/Make calls to customers and carriers record significant information

  • Receive and dispatch carriers for Transport Orders
  • Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
  • Use Phone calls, emails, instant messaging to communicate with all parties in order to successfully dispatch a transport order
  • Monitor routes and build a carrier network to coordinate and prioritize orders needing dispatched
  • Provide carriers with information about orders including special instructions, dimensions of vehicles, locations obstacles , locations horus etc
  • Enter data in computer system and maintain live logs of order statuses

Customer Service Representative

The goal of a Easy Auto Ship Customer Service Representative is to verify a successful vehicle transport with the customer, determine the qulity of the experience as perceived by the customer, and correcting any issues in a timely and professional manner. We want all of our customers to walk out of the experience happy with the service that they received, and it is the responsibility of our Customer Service team to make sure that every customer is pleased with the outcome of their transport.
